CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Once you have completed your order, you can still change your order as long as it has not been shipped.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order from Bikeone Indonesia as long as it has not been shipped.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You’ll receive an order confirmation on your email right after payment. Furthermore you’ll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We may use different courier services in delivering products to you. Parcels shipped within Indonesia will normally take 1-4 working days to deliver (subject to area). For international shipping, please reach out to us firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S) I PURCHASED?
Yes you can exchange the items that you have purchased and we have to be notified within 3 days upon receipt. The exchanged products and boxes must be in its original condition. You have to send the goods back for us and once we have agreed on the condition of the exchanged products, you must settle any price differences and we then send the replacement product(s) to you. MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the off chance that one of our products has a fault please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include some images to document the issue. We will determine how we may best solve the claim with either a replacement or a refund if the item(s).
