From customers to the cycling press and with several further enhancements along the way the Elite HSS steel road bike has won many plaudits since its introduction in 2014. If you take a deeper look it’s easy to see why. Crafted by hand from a Columbus Spirit HSS triple-butted tube set and finished in every way to an exceptional level, this modern classic exhibits those clean contemporary lines so typical of Enigma designs.
The latest incarnation of the Elite HSS is designed for the newest generation of wider road rims and tyres. Responsive, nimble and precise, it exhibits all the hallmarks of a great ride coupled with that legendary steel road bike character and ‘feel’. A genuine alternative, this state-of-the-art steel frame provides an attractive option for those looking for something a little different.
Each and every Elite frame is built to order in our Sussex workshop. To ensure it’s truly unique in every sense, we finish each build in the colour of your choice, or provide a full custom finish option at extra cost.
